The CAC
The Contemporary Art Center of Cincinnati sits in the heart of Downtown Cincinnati and displays works of contemporary art as well as events and social gatherings. Art exhibitions are continuously changing in a system of floor-by-floor rotations. The building itself is a work of art, designed by Zaha Hadid, the first female starchitect. Hadid created a canvas that can easily be filled with many different pieces of art to create completely new environments from month to month. As of 2016, the CAC is free to all people due to generous donations. It is working stay donation-supported by offering different levels of paid memberships.
